Each young person has his or her own bedroom, which can be personalised. A communal and separate room allows for privacy and to entertain friends and family. There is a kitchen and communal dining area with a separate utility room. On the ground floor there is a WC. On the first floor are three young person’s bedrooms one of which has en-suite facilities including shower and WC and a main bathroom. On the second floor is one staff bedroom and staff office.
The property is within walking distance to the local shops and amenities and local park. There are many activity centres within the surrounding areas and easily accessible transport facilities to the city centre and other destinations.

The Stables is just off the A1 towards Selby. In a unique setting, in eight acres of land. With stables, kennel and pond which can be very theraputic.
A very spacious six bedroom house set back from the main road.
It is close to bus routes to Leeds, York and Selby. The train station at South Milford is less than 2 miles away.
